Burnt out?

Have you been feeling tired and worn out lately? You’re not alone. The stress, the pressure, the expectations... they can easily get to us and make us feel burnt out. Being a creative, doing brand strategy, and running a business are no small tasks.

Mo also felt that way. This is what he did when he faced a low moment in his business:

Wonderful people. I have something to share.

Last week I jumped on a group call with Nick and a bunch of amazing people cuz I was burnt out and doing business wasn’t fun anymore. He said something that truly changed the game for me.

“Ask yourself how can I have fun and give value. If that’s not working, ask yourself what’s fun and start from there.” I took that as a mantra and fun became my top priority no matter what I am doing, and I am starting to get results!

I am cold DM-ing people who I genuinely love what they do, I’ve contacted a few people for collaborations in the form of webinars and stuff and I’ve had a couple of responses back (not a yes but getting a response is progress), I am even keeping in touch with someone who’s a perfect fit for an ideal client (hopefully they will become one), and most importantly I am getting more and more motivated every day which is opposite to what was happening before.

Also, giving value with generousity and with no expectations is now a seemless process.

Now, how might you make growing your brand fun?

YES! How might you make your growing your brand and business fun?

Cheers!

Melinda
